1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to Riverside Sec Oral Conversation, you agree to these Terms of Service. This application is operated by Riverside Secondary School, Singapore, for educational purposes.

2. Eligibility

This application is restricted to authorised users with valid @moe.edu.sg (teachers) or @students.edu.sg (students) email accounts. Unauthorised access is not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this application only for:

  • Completing and submitting oral assessment recordings.
  • Reviewing and grading student submissions (teachers).
  • Other legitimate educational activities related to oral assessments.

You must not:

  • Submit recordings that contain inappropriate or offensive content.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the application for any non-educational purpose.

4. Audio Recordings

By submitting audio recordings, you consent to their storage and processing for assessment purposes. Recordings may be processed by AI (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate grading and feedback. Teachers may access and review student recordings as part of the assessment process.

5. AI-Assisted Grading

This application uses AI to assist with grading oral assessments. AI-generated scores and feedback are provided as a tool to support teachers and are not a substitute for professional judgement. Teachers retain final authority over all assessment outcomes.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the application available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The application may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

This application is provided “as is” for educational use. Riverside Secondary School shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated grading.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
